議事：1. 2023年決算の受理 Acceptance of the 2023 account settlement
　　 2. 2024年予算総額の決定 Determination of total budget for 2024
           3. 長老&執事選挙 Elder & Deacon Election

Now, this year's Congregational Meeting will be held in person only. Please make sure to register (confirm your attendance) to attend the meeting in person. We ask that Grace City members participate in the meeting. Those who do not attend the Congregational Meeting will not be able to vote on the agenda. Grace City (Presbyterian Church in Japan) does not accept so-called "proxy" forms.
